Diablo III fan class - Buccaneer

My fiancee bought me an xbox 360 version of Diablo III for my birthday which I've gotten heavilly into while I've been ill, so I decided to make my own fan class (plus it's a nice exercise in design). My class is the Buccaneer, who will be a bit of a jack of all trades moves-wise and the primary stat will be strength. The moves trees (which I will go into detail on later) will revolve around the ocean and marine creatures with a nice cursed pirate flair to it with any luck.
